Head Chef & Owner, Warren Sharples set up The Chefs Hat Catering in 2005, to bring his passion for cooking & food to catering in a totally bespoke way.
Trained at Lancaster & Morecambe College, Warren brings a wide range of experience to the business from working with large rugby events, International summer schools, foreign ambassadors, sporting personalities, lords, MPs & accomplished authors.
Warren gained further training whilst working in Australia, South Lakes & also Cumbria where he held the title of Executive Head Chef at the prestigious Sedbergh School.
The Chefs Hat Catering has an innovative and modern approach to catering using the finest seasonally available produce.
Warren will relish the opportunity to create & develop new ideas, dishes and unique concepts for clients.

We cater for a variety of events and functions, from weddings, birthday parties, kids parties, corporate events & so much more. Whether you want a private chef for a special dinner or a large buffet for a wedding or large corporate function, we can help.
We can provide you with sample menus and quotes. All of our menus are designed to order after our initial client meeting which we schedule at a time that suits you. As bespoke caterers we take care to understand your vision in order to design a perfect brief for the event catering whatever the size.
